64bit Ultimate Upgrade

I got my upgrade for home premium to ultimate vista today but I foun
out that its only for the 32 bit versions. inside it tells you that yo
can get the 64 bit version by going to a website and entering in th
product key. I did this and when I got to the part where you pick th
product you need all that was available was the CD version of the 32 bi
upgrade. No 64 bit! WTF?? I tried calling but got annoyed after bein
on hold for half an hour. So what do I have to do get the righ
version? I also checked the page again that I ordered it from in th
first place and it doesn't even give you the option of 32 bit or 64 bit
what the hell is up with that? This is really getting on my nerves.
Anyone got any advice

If you only have a 32bit version of Vista installed, you only need a 32bit
upgrade version to ultimate.

You can not upgrade a 32bit System to 64bit System.
It has to be a clean install.
