66I-00003 64 bit?

Hi,

I am currently running XP Pro, and am looking to upgrade to Vista 64
bit.

Does anyone know whether or not the *66I-00003 SKU (Windows Vista Home
Premium English Upgrade North America DVD) *includes the ability to
install the 64 bit version, or is it just 32 bit?

(I realize I'd need to do a fresh install and can't do an in-place
upgrade)

Currently only Windows Vista Ultimate retail packages include both 32-bit
and 64-bit software. No other retail version includes both discs. I don't
believe any OEM version includes both discs. In any case since your SKU is
not an Ultimate one it will not include both discs.
