you can safely ignore this message. Actually, that KB article refers to
ISATAP; but 6to4 is a IPv6-to-IPv4 conversion layer very closely related to
ISATAP. If you are not using IPv6 communications across IPv4 routers, you do
not need 6to4 enabled. It's pretty unlikely you need 6to4 ... if you did,
you'd definitely know about it!
