What's the context of the code in the update's install log?
Looks like in any context that code is bad news, ranging from unexpected
to catastrophic. Perhaps just reflecting different programmers' views about
unanticipated events? <eg>

BTW don't try the equivalent Boolean search with the KB Advanced Search.
It evidently does not understand either parentheses or the standard hierarchy
of operators in Boolean expressions!
