I finally found a good solution! No dvd needed!

I had the same problem(error 80070017) at first
but I tried a different way
and it worked.

All you have to do is download a .iso extracter
from "www.download.com". The
program is called UltraISO(just search for it).
Even though its a trial
version, it still works. After you download and
install the UltraISO. Go to
File>Open and open the .iso file into it and
extract the file into a folder.
After you do that, click on setup and it will work.

Try burning the DVD at very slow speed, even 1x or 2x.
