80070057 & 80070003 Errors

I keep getting these errors when I try to install my updates. It says that
the install was not successful. Any help would be appreciated.

You receive an "Error 0x800A138F" error message when you scan for updates on
the Windows Update Web site
Note The Windows Update.log file may contain the following message:
error 0x80070057

You Cannot Install Some Updates or Programs “Digital Signature not found�
When you use the Windows Update Web site to install updates, the installation
fails and the Windows Update.log file contains error 80070643.

0x80070003 = COR_E_DIRECTORYNOTFOUND
The specified path couldn't be found - ALLUSERSPROFILE Microsoft network dir
doesn't
exist

Make sure the following folders exist under %windir%\SoftwareDistribution\
Note: (%windir% = C:\Windows)

DataStore\
Download\
EventCache\
SelfUpdate\
WebSetup\
WuRedir\
