80072745 connections problem, TCP uncheck possibility

At msn messenger 7.0, I can uncheck the TPC settings. After uncheck, my
connection does work.

But this morning messenger 7.0 doesn’t work anymore. (message from
Microsoft, that the version is to old)
So I installed Live messenger, but it doesn’t work. I can’t uncheck the TCP
settings.
I’m working behind an ISA server.

I get the message 80072745.
I’ve searched on google for several solutions, but I can’t find the right
solution for my problem.
If you ask me, the only thing I need is de availability to uncheck the TCP
settings.

Can you give me a solution?
