80072745 Error when signing in on Belkin Router

I get this error every day when i start up my laptop. Restarting messenger
doesnt work, the only thing that works is a router reboot. This occurs on
both my wired pc and wireless laptop. Ther router is a belkin DG834PN. This
is driving me nuts, does anyone know if this is a UPnP problem.

Any help much appreciated...

Greetings Ian,

Shouldn't be, since signing into Messenger is just an outgoing connection. A lot of these
issues are sometimes fixed by newer firmware versions.

Are you sure this is a Belkin? The DG834PN appears to be a Netgear router. Assuming yes,
you can find the latest firmware here:
