80072efd contact list ..HELP

Hey
i have had this problem for 3 days now the error code comes up 80072efd and
says your contact list is unavailable please try again later.
i dont no why this is happening i have done all the things i can do that
windows live messenger website says.
what can i do??
why is it doing this??

Point to be noted is that..i can sign in, on the same messenger with other id!

Which edition of Windows and what Service Pack level ?
What is the installed antivirus/security suite and is a 3rd party
firewall being used ?
Is the antivirus' subscription current and up to date as to it's latest
definitions ... and, is all incoming/outgoing email being checked by it?
