800F0129 Error Code

I have tried several times to install an update, Creative driver update for
Creative Game Port, but it fails and gives an error code 800F0129. I can't
find any information on this code. How do I resolve this? Also, how can I
determine if I really need this update? Thanks in advance for any
suggestions.
