8020002B erron on windows update

when i try to download from windows update i have got this error:
8020002B
can you help me?

im having this error since i installed a router to share my internet
connection. Now the 8020002B error ocurrs in all the computers of my network.

I think it is a port configuration problem. Do you also have a router?

To be more precisely, the problem is the firewall of the router. Disabling
the firewall, windows updates installs correctly. So check your computer or
router firewalls and configure it properly. Another solution is to disable
the firewall just for updating, but it is discouraged!

Hi,

in effect, it is a port problem. I have solved the problem by opening all
the ports of my router. In don't know wich port need windows update.

I didtn have to disable my personal firewall, it seems that it allowed the
connection with windows update, but the router didn't. So opening all the
ports of this one works well.

Be aware that opening all ports is dangerous, because of virus attacks,
unless you have a firewall software or an updated antivirus
