First off all, the 8024200D is a Warning/failiure.
" You do not have the Required file" or somthing.
You need to go to. www.download.com and type in
Windows Xp/vista/7 or whatever you use. Like mine, Vista
"Windows vista Service pack 1-2-3"
And you can download and install manualiy.
It worked for me, hope this ticket helped=)
