80242FFF error

When trying to get Service Pact 2 from the Windows Update website It says
download failed. If I go into view installation history and click 'failed'
under the status heading it give me the error code 80242FFF. Does anyone know
how to fix this error. Automatic updates also will not download Service Pact
2.
