8100030d

since i can't find the solution in the error code list, can anyone tell me
what is it about?

Can you send us the msnmsgr.txt file from My Documents\My Received Files? If
you do not have one there, go to Tools->Options->Connections->Advanced and
enable "Save a log of my server connections" and retry logging in. The file
should get created in My Documents\My Received Files.

On the other hand, i got the other error message.. the error code is 8004882c
and after i retry to login again, it shows the 8100030d error code again...

You can also try this.

Go to Start, run, then type "regedit"

Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\microsoft\MSNMessenger\ Policies

Delete the key "contacts.msn.com"

Then, try launching Windows Live Messenger again.
