Hi, i'm running windows xp home with sp2 i have downloaded the update for
microsoft MV but it will not install can anyony help

Hi,

You do not need add the MS VM over XP SP2. Just do simple windows updates.

updateing is not the problem it is installing them, I have checked windows
updates and i have found these updates they have all downloaded but they will
not install.

Did a manual update i.e download centre but still have a problem with 816093,
did a jview and came up with 5.00.3805 is this the latest build

No, 5.00.3810 is the latest build.

Alternatively, take a look at this post by Jim Byrd to get some
