823559 repeated install: SOLUTION.

I had the same problem. Just disable your firewall & virus scan software &
install the update again. This solved the problem for me.

NO, NEVER disable the firewall.
Anything you do without a firewall is more than enough time for something to
get to your computer.
An exception is if there is another firewall between your computer and the
network.
You need to solve the problem instead of setting your computer up for more
problems.

I only did this as a last resort. I turn off the firewall just before press
the 'install' button. Normally I never turn off the firewall.
