There is.

You installed a MS Critical Update or HotFix and this is the temporary folder created by the
installer.

If you look inside, you should see remnants if said update/HotFix.

Ah, thank you David. I have msxml4-KB927978-enu.log. Usually my updates end
up in my windows folder.
Is it best to keep it where it is then?

Keep the folder that's in the subject ?
Reboot the PC and delete it.

Seems Like ? I think it was irresponsible not having an explanation. I just
wasted and hour trying to find an answer till I ran across this post. MS
needs to learn the principals of KISS
