Microsoft releases periodic updates for Windows Defender. If you've
received previous updates, the one that shows up in Windows Update isn't
one that you've already installed.

Hopefully, it's not the same one It will show you the definition
number when you click on the yellow icon on the Task Bar if WD is
updating via Automatic Updates. If you update from within WD then you'll
have to wait until the definition is installed and then click Help,
About to view the def version.
