925454 update

After two days of constant phone calls that users are unable to access the
internet because IE6 was not detecting the ISA 2004 proxy. Finally located
the problem with a Critical Security update 925454. Other that removing and
preventing this update to take effect, is there a patch for this. I have
confirmed it on serveral pcs and servers throughout our WAN.

Select, Start, Help and Support, Keep your Windows up- to-date with
Windows Update, Review your Update History and click on the Failed
Icon in the Status Column. What does it say?
