927978: Teleca Software Solutions/Popwire AB/Capability Manager/capabilitymanager.exe

Hello,

any program has installed the file capabilitymanager.exe (don't know which
program). I have the problem that I can't install the Microsoft Windows
Update 927978, because of that file.

If I run the update automatically nothing is changed, because the file
msxml4.dll is blocked by capabilitymanager.exe. If I kill the process
capabilitymanager.exe, I can delete the old msxml4.dll file and install the
update 927978, which changes the version of msxml4.dll from 4.20.9818.0 to
4.20.9841.0, but if I then start capabilitymanger.exe manually the system
restarts and I can't do anything to prevent that, after the reboot the
msxml4.dll is there in the old version 4.20.9818.0 and Microsoft Windows
Update says that it wants to install 927978. It's a deadly loop.

So is there a fix, a workaround or a newer version of capabilitymanager.exe
available? Version of the installed capabilitymanager.exe is 1.2.0.70.

I don't know why, but the problem is gone ... the update installed and still
after a reboot the update is installed, so no problem anymore!

I'm having the same problem. How long did it take for yours to sort itself out? Does it really matter?
