ac3, dts, wmapro.wav ?

Windows Vista Ultimate -

I have the 3 above wav files in Windows/Media folder.

I can't play them, can't delete them, can't take ownership of them, can't
seem to do anything with them.
- I am not happy with them
:-(

Does anyone know what they are for and why they seem to be so darn "special"
