Hi
I have dial-up for Windows 98 2nd Edition. It's so darn slow. I heard
accelerators can speed it up. What does Microsoft support? I did try to
download Earthlink 2005 and my computer frozed up and got very sluggish. I
uninstalled it. I only have a 63.0 ram. Any suggestions?--
God Bless,
Paula Bennett

Dear Paula,

I used to have your o/s a while ago, but can honestly say the only way you
can get faster speeds is to upgrade to XP and get broadband. Believe me,
download accelerators dont really make any difference at all, they just give
the impression that they do. Sorry for the dampening news, you should
really increase your memory capacity as well.

All the best, postmanpat.
