With that window in the forefront, try tapping the TAB key till the "accept" button is highlighted.

Other suggestion: In Internet Explorer browser > main menu /Tools/Internet Options >

Security Tab/ click on green icon Trusted Sites/click Sites button.
Click "Require server verification (https for all sites in this zone" to *clear* the selection.

In the "Add this Web site to the zone:" field, add these entries to list of "Trusted Sites" --

type
http://download.windowsupdate.com (click Add)

http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com

http://update.microsoft.com

Click OK. Apply changes.

This next has been suggested in past cases:
Clearing the browser's cache
1. Click Tools > Internet Options
2. In the "Temporary Internet Files" section, click "Delete Cookies"
3. Click "Delete Files" click "Delete all offline content" click OK
4. In the "History" section, click "Clear History".
5. Click "OK".

If you're behind a proxy, please also clear the proxy cache.
