What information? AD, users, groups, printers, e-mail?

If we are really talking Blackberries, you are in the wrong place. This is a
Windows Mobile group, not a RIM one. Unlikely to get much help here.

What do you mean by this? Not have to attach the phone to their PC? or are
they expecting the data to get to the phone by magic? Even over the air data
transfer is 'syncing'.

If you are talking Blackberries, I'd look for a RIM forum somewhere, but be
more specific on the parts I questioned. They'll need to know that too.
