access is denied here too

Well, I am getting the same problem everyone else is
getting... plus my MSN Messenger now does not accept
audio conversation (might or might not be related). I
looked up in svcpack.log (since I was installing the
Service Pack 2), and here is where it ends running:

1925.539: Unregistration of sprecovr successful
1926.180: Access is denied.
1989.911: Message displayed to the user: Access is denied.
1989.911: User Input: OK
1989.992: Service Pack 2 installation did not complete.

Select 'OK' to undo the changes that have been made.
