Access The field is too small

Hi,

i have a program written in C++ and use Jet Engine 4.0 for ACCESS databases.

If i use my programm on XP, its OK
If i use my programm on Vista, i have the same problem that is described in
Problem Nr. 952337 .

I have installed the hotfix from number 943509 of the Knowledge Base, but
the problem is not resolved.

1. Have you tried any of the other suggested fixes in KB952337?
2. Have you considered posting this in a programming or database forum for
better advice?
