access system.mdw file missing

My access program is telling me that the system.mdw file is missing and I
have searched the computer for this file and it apparently is in fact
missing. Does anyone know where I could download this file from ? Thanks in
advance.

After searching there is no download of this available anywhere that I
found. The only option I can think of is to try the CD/DVD sued to install
it.
