Hi can anyone tell me what the following message means and what I should
do about it...................
Access violation at address 0046FFCF in module 'pdtwzd.exe'. Read of
address 00000009.

Ask Acer support. If the file is legitimate, perhaps DEP can be turned
offf for that program.

I have two questions:
1) How do you know I have an Acer?

2) What is DEP?
