Access to Windows Update

I have a security manager at my firm that is constantly asking for reports
from WUS on my servers to ensure we have installed patches in a timely
manner. Is ther anyway to give him access to remote to WUS without making
him a local admin? I thought about running MBSA using a RUNAS command but
could not figure out how to code the password so he would not get prompted.
