Accessibility Error

hi - i have just downloaded my ISP's new software and when i restarted my
computer a white window appeared on a blank desktop and it said
Accessibility Error
Could not load the enable2.VXD module
and i clicked OK then my desktop returns
can anyone help me please and tell me why and what i do to fix this
i had to uninstall norton 2005 because my ISP supplies the virus protection
i don't know much about computers i call myself "computer dummie gramma" can
someone please help me
