Accessing old archives

I'm trying to open up an old archived session I had saved under a previous
email address I now can't manage to open up or sign in under - however, most
archives are obviously linked to my current sign in. Is there any way to
bypass this, or another program I could use to open up my file as it has some
info in it I'd like to review and trying to hoke through it all in plain text
is proving extremely difficult.
