When accessing the Update site, you receive the 0x800A01AE error

I continue to recieve this message and have followed all of the suggested
steps regarding re-registered all the dll files, multiple times:

(regsvr32 wuapi.dll
regsvr32 wuaueng.dll
regsvr32 wuaueng1.dll
regsvr32 wucltui.dll
regsvr32 wups.dll
regsvr32 wups2.dll
regsvr32 wuweb.dll

Update continues to load the proper install files, I recieve the express or
custom screen, I chose express and it errors out to the same message. If I
chose custom, to also errors out to the same message.

I have cleared all temperary cash files on IE. Any help would be appreicated.

message when you try to connect to the Windows Update Web page or to the
Microsoft Update Web page in Windows Server 2003 or Windows XP

If it can not be downloaded/installed, then follow the Manual steps
Also, suggest you install the latest Windows Update Agent.
For XP 32 bit :
http://download.windowsupdate.com/v7...gent30-x86.exe
Then download and save WindowsUpdateAgent30-x86.exe:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/927891

Install WindowsUpdateAgent30-x86.exe first, then
WindowsUpdateAgent30-x86.exe.
Restart the system
