Accidentally Deleted all my Contacts

I was playing around with Windows Live Messenger on my T-Mobile Dash and by
accident I delted all my contacts. i synced my phone and computer and then
went into the phone contacts and deleted all the Messenger contacts from the
phone, not realizing what I was doing. Is there a way to retrieve old
contacts so i can return my list back to normal or am I screwed?

Your not the only one that its happened to, I was just this minute reading
on a XDA Forum about someone installing Windows Live Messenger and they
found out half way through deleting their messenger contacts on their phone
was deleting them on the live contact list too!

Do you have your contacts cached on another PC or anywhere else?

Windows Vista:
C:\Users\<User Name>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\MSN Messenger

Have you checked Windows Live Hotmail, are your contacts there still?

Actually I have an idea!

If you have Windows Live Messenger installed on your PC you can open it up
and go to options then the privacy Tab on the side and then from there you
can see who has you on their list, by doing this you can right click on them
and if ytou dont have them added but they have you added you can click "Add
to Contacts" This should work great!

PERFECT!! I went to Options and then the Privacy tab showed all the people on
my Allow list. And it even gives me the option to add them to my contact list
if they're not already there. So I got them all back! Thank you so much!!
