Account Administrator

I want delegate responsibility for one of our OU (Organizational Unit).
Is there a possibility to create Account Administrator only for one OU?
I do not want delegate the Administration of other OU. How to solve such
a small problem?

Sure - create a custom security group for that and equip it with users
that need that responsibility. Right-click that OU and choose
"Delegation of Control". It's a wizard that should guide you through.

take an ordinary user an delegate the responsibility via Delegation Wizard.
