Account currently blocked from sending

Dear sirs,

I sincerly do not know why my email account () is
blocked from sending messages. This is my business email for quite some time
now and I haven't used it at all for an illegal mailing or so.
It's been quite a while now since it's out of service. I can recieve emails
but not send.
Please guys I need your help for you can imagine the situation!
