Account got hacked...

Well, it simple, my friend sent me a zipped file which was suspose to be a
picture inside, but it was a web page link, I was stupid enough to click it
since I did not think she would have been harmed by that kind of bug. When I
clicked it, a Virus alert appeared, so I deleted it, deleted the zip file,
and ran a virus scan right away then ran a spyware scan. The next day, when I
restarted my computrer, my msn wouldn't connect right away. So I tryed all my
password I had in mind, none of them worked. I went to change it but my
secret answer was changed as well and my alternate email removed.
So i went on mom msn and added my msn to her msn and couple her after, my
msn accepted my mom one and began to talk to me. So now i'm beginning to fear
that he's trying to make a bad reputation with my name with every contact
that I have...

I don't know what else to do....I e-mailed support but no answer so far...
wish I could find a canadian french # to call but can't seem to find any :|

Which support did you send your request to?

Your best bet here is to contact Windows Live ID Services who will more than likely just shut
down the account entirely. See here:

Yep, Wrote a email but no answer... The problem now is all my account
information for multiple game and forum and such are in my inbox. I made a
new email and added some contact and they told he was being annoying. So I
guess he's starting to annoy and insult everyone in my contact list as I
though he would do.

Closing my account. sigh... That mean there is no way to get it back? I even
called microsoft, but since I'm not paying they refuse to help. I wouldn't
care to pay now if it would get my damn account back. Best proof I got is
simple, My msn profile has picture of me and I got a profile on abitibiwebs
with the same picture. I still have the same picture on my computer as well.
I could even scan my card up or be on cam with someone working there.

Now I don't know what to do anymore...
