Upon installing Windows Vista, I could change my Account's Image (displayed
on the Welcome Screen) but from some odd reason, when I click "Browse for
more pictures..." nothing happens.

I could only change my Account Image once and the link seems to have been
broken.

I'm running Windows Vista Home Premium (32-bit).

Anyone know what's going on?

Hi MSX,

I can repro the problem by moving the Pictures folder to a removable drive and then disconnecting the removable drive.

Click Start, type "shell:My Pictures" and press ENTER

Does the Pictures folder open correctly?
