I am the administrator of my system along with one other user yet when I go
to remove or add programs I get the message must have administration right to
compelte this task.

what can be done.

Hi Toopay,

Even if you are running as an administrator, it does not mean that you are
running with administrative privileges. Unless required, you are normally
running as a standard user. When you do something that requires
administrative privileges, the system asks you to provide them. This is the
User Account Control (UAC) in action. If you are running as an administrator,
you merely have to confirm that you want to grant that process/application
administrative rights. If you are running as a standard user, you will need
to provide the account details of a user with administrative privileges.

Dwarf; thanks for the infor I have learned how to get the admin account and
now everything is fine, again thanks.
