Acer cryatal clear webcam

for some reason when i click on it to use it just for regular purposes it
says its not working, but i can use it fine in yahoo or any other messenger
type of thing that has the ability to use the webcam... what can i do to make
it work?

Have you checked Acers website for updates or device driver that might
enable better compatibility with Vista? My Acer's built Orbi WebCam works
with software developed by Logitech for web cams.

Hi Andre.
yes, i checked the website and even reinstalled the driver. If i click on it
on the desktop it says its stopped working, ive check vista for solutions,
nothing comes up. Like i said i can use it under yahoo with no problem, its
just opening it itself it wont open for me! Im going to go back to the acer
site and check out some more options but im hoping to get something figured
out. ive only had the computer since the 23rd, so its brand new!
