Acer VCM v. 3.1.3000 is compatible with wlm 2009

I'm having problem with Acer VCM v 3.1.3000 which is unable to use
webcam windows live messenger 2009. I'm only able to use this Acer VCM
3.1.3000 for webcam on windows live messenger 8.5 or lower. I have
contacted Acer support, but they were not able to do anything with this
issue. Is there any solution for this problem? or any newer version of
Acer VCM?
