While the IE add on AcroIEHlpObj Class is enabled, IE & closes. This is not
an issue with Fire Fox.
Nor is it an issue on my Win XP OS PC. This issue is isolated to Vista and
IE and not Fire Fox or XP.
Any others that have had this issue.

I have emailed Adobe about this issue and have not received a reply as yet.

Since this is isolated to the Vista OS and IE I have posted this question
in IE forum as well.

Uninstall the Adobe Reader software. Then download and install the latest
version:
http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html

Alternately, use Foxit for reading .pdf files:

I like and use Fox It. Unfortantly the USPS Click & Ship will not work with
Fox It and requires Adobe Reader.
Thanks for youtr reply.
