activating windows after system restore

Hi, I've recently installed xp home onto a laptop and bought the license and
product key to activate it which worked just fine.(cd not arrived in the post
yet) however I had to do a system restore which has now taken me back to the
windows needing activating again and the product key won't work as it says it
has already been used once.I tried to undo the restore but this has made no
difference and it still wants activating.Does any one know what to do other
than having to buy another license

How I can take my activation code online with another computer and active my
windows in my note book

Windows can be activated only by internet from the computer being activated or
by phone. All I can suggest is that you activate it the next time you're
overseas - I assume you purchased it overseas since it cannot be legally
exported to Iran.
