Hi,

I have one Active-Active 2003 cluster..I would like to rebuild both the
machines with latest version of SP..At present clusterr has SQL instances
running and how can I do it with minimum down time as customer won't give
both nodes same time for rebuild..I have to do it one by one..

Any suggestions?

Thanks

Active-Active simply means that you have separate instances of SQL running
on each node (in this case). Fail over one instance to the other node,
patch the now passive node, reverse the process and repeat.

Hope this helps,

Thanks for your suggestions..here my doubt is that after patching first node,
will it create issues to move resources to other node? because there will be
patch level difference between nodes in cluster..

In most cases, you shouldn't have issues with the resources.
