I am patiently waiting for RSAT to arrive; I thought it would by now.
That said, install SP1 on your Vista machines and the W2K3 Admin tools work
just fine. All of the display problems in ADUC are fixed, Terminal Services
Manager works, etc.
In fact, SP1 really does make a difference overall from my experience, even
if it's still slower than XP.
