1) Be sure you installed the 64 bit drivers on the computer.
2) If this is a shared network printer, you will have to install the
appropriate drivers by hand. 32/64 bit drivers are difficult.
3) You don't say weather this is a network / parallel / USB or other
connected printer. USB printers, be sure to have the correct motherboard
chipset drivers installed with USB support. Parallel, aren't that many
around anymore; but, it should work
4) If you create a new text file in like notepad, can you print from that
application?
