Active Psync for Money 2003 stopped working when I archived file

I have been using Microsoft Money 2003 with Money 2003 for the Pocket PC for
a month now. I archived the 2004 file on the desktop version and created the
2005 file. The synchronization process didn't pick up the new file neame.
When I went through the browsing process to find the new file name, the
sychronization process stopped working. Now I get an error messages that says
"Attention Required." In summary, the window says to disconnect and then
reconnect to resume the synchronization process.

I tried uninstalling Money from the handheld device. When I reinstall from
the desktop, the installer tells me that Money for the PPC is already
installed and do I want to continue. I select yes and the replace the files
found on the PPC.

That causes Money not to be listed in the programs list for synchronization.
When I try to access the settings option in Active Psync, the settings option
is grayed out.

When I check MOney for the PPC to include it in the synchronization list,
three dots are placed after the progam's name and I get the "Attention
Required" error message each time I synchronize.

No matter how many times I uninstall and reinstall, the situation repeats
itself.

As I said above, the process was working fine upon initial installation. It
stopped working when I archived the default file and tried to psync the new
file from the desktop.

Any ideas?
