I am hosting several web sites on a server running Windows 2000 Adv Server,
SP4. I started experiencing the following error about a month ago when
accessing one of the web sites that I host with IE browser:
Active Server Pages error 'ASP 0129'
Unknown scripting language
/sale.asp, line 1
The scripting language 'JAVASCRIPT' is not found on the server.
This error appears to have started after applying MS Critical Security patch
'JScript 5.6 Security Update for Windows 2000 (KB917344), see:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...displaylang=en
This error is generated when accessing the web pages remotely or on the
hosted server. No changes have been made to the web site code for several
months.
My research so far has suggested changing the spelling of javascript within
the ASP files, including making it all caps. These have not helped.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
