Active sync 4.0 with windows mobile 2005

Hello.I have this problem.I have in my home a laptop with xp and service pack
1.I install my pocket pc(qtek 9000 brand new).It recognizes it and see it as
windows mobile.I see it at the network.Whne i install the active sync i
cannot communicate with the usb.Cannot find and a connect.I have installed in
my laptop the zone alarm the adaware and kaspersky.I disable all of them to
see if the problem was from these but nothing, again the same.Also i have
made rules at zone alarm that permit the communication with active sync.Also
i have tried earlier edition of activesynvmlike 3.8 but agian the same.I have
spent 5 hours of work to solve it and nothing ang imagine my job is on
networks!!!
Also i have a old pc(PIII) in my home with xp and service pack 2.There
everything plays perfect!!!it is very strange.Can anyone help?

Hi,
I have seen users have problems with ZoneAlarm. Disabling it does not
always disable it. All I can suggest it to try uninstalling it and see if
you can sync.
