active Sync 4.1 hardware activity

Hi,

i wonder if there´s a way to keep active sync from torturing my
harddisc. Every second a harddisc access. When i kill the process
wcescomm.exe it stops. Restarting works but killing with the taskmanager
is stupid work.

any ideas?

this is what i´m looking for. It would be better if MS would bugfix
active sync but untill then your hints will do the trick.
