Atleast i think that might be the problem. I noticed my windows mobile
device had a pdf viewer on it (not Windows office mobile, just a generic
viewer).
Tried copying a pdf (as well as a ppsx) to my phone, very important notes
for school. Why make flash cards when u can save a tree and use a powerpoint
slideshow? Anyways, the file copied to the phone it seems, at least it
shows it's there on my desktop, but the phone doesnt' see it at all. i've
copied other file types plenty of times with no issues. Checked out Active
Sync's file conversion settings, and it has auto converters for word, excell,
access, and a few other file types, but no mention of powerpoint or pdf.
would this explain Windows Mobile completely lacking the ability to see the
file? why would a mobile device come with a program if the syncing software
that goes with it doesn't convert the file? I've tried searching all over
microsoft's site for a download or a fix to no avail. anybody out there know
what's up with this?
